To keep your decals looking vibrant for 3–5 years outdoors (or up to 10 years indoors), follow these simple guidelines:
- Gentle Hand Wash Only: Avoid automated car washes with brushes and never put stickered items in the dishwasher. Use warm, soapy water and a soft microfiber cloth.
- Skip the Pressure Washer: High-pressure water can lift the edges of your decal. Always rinse with a low-pressure hose or sponge.
- Avoid Harsh Chemicals: Do not use abrasive cleaners, solvents, or alcohol-based sprays directly on the glossy surface, as these can dull the finish or weaken the adhesive.
- UV Protection: While our vinyl is UV-resistant, parking vehicles in the shade or covering them when not in use will further prolong the life and colour richness of your decals.

Step-by-Step Application Guide
Follow these simple steps to ensure a bubble-free and professional-looking application every time. For best results, apply in a dust-free environment with temperatures between 10°C and 25°C.
- Clean the Surface: Wipe the area thoroughly with isopropanol (rubbing alcohol) or soapy water. Avoid glass cleaners with ammonia (like Windex), as they can leave a film that prevents the adhesive from bonding. Ensure the surface is 100% dry and lint-free.
- Prepare the Decal: Lay the decal on a flat surface and firm up the bond between the decal and the clear transfer tape by rubbing a squeegee (or a credit card) firmly across the top.
- Position & Peel: Use a small piece of masking tape to “hinge” the decal in place if it’s large. Slowly peel the white paper backing away from the clear transfer tape. Ensure the entire vinyl design stays stuck to the clear tape.
- Apply with Pressure: Starting from one side, slowly lay the decal down onto the surface. Use your squeegee or card to sweep from the centre outward, applying firm pressure to push out any trapped air.
- The Big Reveal: Wait about 10–15 minutes for the adhesive to grab. Slowly peel the clear transfer tape back at a 45-degree angle, keeping it flat against the surface. If the vinyl starts to lift, lay the tape back down and rub firmly again.
- Final Check: If any small air bubbles remain, don’t worry! Most will disappear on their own within 24–48 hours as the vinyl “breathes.” For larger bubbles, use a tiny pin to prick the edge and smooth the air out.
