Yes. Our highly advanced equipment handles any image or wording to be printed and heated directly onto the product. This is unless otherwise stated, for example in some of our laser products.
No, the printer we use is gas infused. The printer will try get as close as possible to the color but will not appear metallic or true gold.
Yes. Due to the hight technology equipment we use, the images are printed and heated into the product, thus making them waterproof. We do not recommend putting your products with the images into direct sunlight. The sunlight over time will make your product images dull and thus end your lifetime sooner.
Payments
Yes, you may collect your item from us, however, before any work is done on the item, we do expect items to be paid for upfront
Yes, however, you will need to email us your order together with any payment information. In order for us to pick up your order in our bank, we would need a corresponding reference number
Yes, we accept most major credit cards
Returns
Unfortunately, we do not accept returns on personalised items. We therefore, request that when sending information, that all spelling and dates are correct. We copy and paste so it will be up to you to ensure everything is correct before we send to print.
As long as the item has not been sent to print, you will be able to cancel your order or make any changes you would like to it. Once your item has been sent to print, we cannot accept any cancellations.
If your item is not personalised and you wish to return the item, you may do so as long as the item remains unopened, undamaged and still in its original packaging. Returns will be at your expense. Once we have received the item and have examined it to ensure no damage etc, we will then refund you the bill excluding postage.
