3. Products & Orders

We sell a range of personalised gifts including mugs, cushions, prints, and other made-to-order items. It is your responsibility to ensure all wording has been spelt correctly and that date (if applicable) are correct.  We copy and paste, therefore it is essential that you provide the correct information that you require on your item. Some items are custom-made and may not be eligible for cancellation or return (see below).

You may place an order as a guest or create an account. Order confirmations are sent via email and appear on-screen after payment.

4. Order Cancellations

You may cancel an order only if it has not yet been personalised. Once personalisation or production begins, the order cannot be cancelled.

5. Pricing & Payments

  • All prices are in GBP (£).

  • We accept payments via PayPal and Stripe.

  • We reserve the right to change prices, update product listings, or correct any pricing errors at any time without notice.

6. Shipping & Delivery

  • We currently ship to addresses within the United Kingdom only.

  • Shipping providers include Royal Mail and Evri.

  • Orders are typically dispatched within 2 business days after design approval.

  • Some orders include tracking; others do not.

7. Returns & Refunds

  • Personalised products are non-refundable and non-returnable, unless they arrive damaged or defective.

  • Non-personalised products may be returned unopened and in original packaging.

  • Customers are responsible for return postage costs.

  • Refunds are issued upon inspection and approval.

8. User Accounts

If you choose to create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.

9. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to use the site for any illegal, fraudulent, abusive, or harmful purpose. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including images, logos, product descriptions, and designs — is the intellectual property of Foxhall Groomers trading as Personalise My Gift UK and may not be used or reproduced without our express permission.
