1. Shipping Areas

We currently ship only within the United Kingdom.


2. Shipping Carriers

We use the following carriers for our deliveries:

  • Royal Mail

  • DPD


3. Shipping Costs & Fees
  • Shipping costs vary depending on the shipping option selected at checkout.

  • We offer free shipping on orders over £50.

  • Certain products are eligible for free shipping; these are clearly marked on the product pages.

Standard Delivery: £3.99

Estimated 2-3 day service after dispatch

Express Delivery: £4.99

Estimated 1-2 days service after dispatch

Next Day Courier: £6.50 *when available

Delivered next working day

Weekend Courier: £5.99 *when available

Delivered Saturday or Sunday


4. Order Processing & Dispatch
  • Orders are processed and dispatched according to the shipping option chosen:

    • 2–4 days for faster shipping options

    • 4–5 days for standard shipping

  • Personalised items are dispatched within these time frames after personalisation has been approved.


5. Delivery Timeframes

Delivery times depend on the shipping option selected and carrier. Estimated delivery after dispatch is:

  • Between 2 and 5 business days.


6. Order Tracking
  • Tracking information is provided for some shipments.

  • If your order includes tracking, you will receive a tracking number via email.


7. Lost or Delayed Shipments
  • Shipping delays or losses depend on the carrier’s terms.

  • For Royal Mail, please allow up to 15 working days from the expected delivery date before contacting us.

  • Please ensure items can be delivered to your choice of delivery for example if you are requesting your item to be dispatched to a work place, please ensure the business is open for business and is able to receive your parcel. Some businesses have gates and are closed during the festive season, so please make sure the courier will be able to deliver your item. We will not hold ourselves responsible for items that are not able to be delivered due to closed business or where the courier company was not able to gain entrance to deliver the item.
  • If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us at sales@personalisemygiftuk.co.uk.

  • We will arrange a replacement for lost or undelivered items as per carrier policy.
