📝 Step-by-Step (Easy Home Method)

1. Prep fabric → Wash, dry, iron flat to remove wrinkles. Make sure it’s cotton, polyester, or cotton-blend (avoid delicate silk/rayon if unsure).
2. Preheat iron → Set to Cotton/High (~150–160°C / 300–320°F), steam OFF.
3. Position decal → Place design side down / carrier sheet up exactly where you want it. Smooth flat.
4. Protect → Cover decal fully with parchment paper or tea towel.
5. Press firmly → Hold iron still (don’t slide!) 15–30 seconds per section. Overlap edges. Flip garment inside out and press back for 10–15 sec extra.
6. Peel carrier sheet → Most HTV: peel when warm; some: peel fully cool (check decal label).
7. Final check → If edges lift, re-press + cover + cool again.
8. Wait → 24 hours before first wash; wash inside out, cool water, gentle cycle.
