At Personalise My Gift UK, our goal is to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not entirely happy with your order, please review our refund and returns policy below.
1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns on non-personalised items under the following conditions:

Return request is made within 14 days of the dispatch date

Item is unopened, unsealed, and in its original packaging

Item is not a hygiene-sensitive product (e.g. certain accessories or clothing)
📦 The customer is responsible for return postage costs.
2. Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns on the following:

Personalised or custom-made items, unless faulty or damaged

Hygiene-sensitive items

Opened or used products
3. Faulty or Damaged Items
If your personalised or standard item arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
We will offer a replacement at no additional cost once the fault is confirmed.

4. How to Request a Return
To initiate a return, please email:

We will provide further instructions and the return address.
5. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

If approved, we will process your refund within 10 business days

Refunds are issued via the original payment method
6. Cancellations
Orders can only be cancelled if the personalisation process has not yet started. Once a personalised item is in production, the order becomes final and cannot be cancelled.
